Parent Coach
About
Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a neurospicy, single mother raising a beautifully neurodivergent child—and for years, I felt unseen in my marriage and deeply alone in my parenting journey. I know firsthand what it’s like to advocate for your child while navigating systems that feel cold, confusing, or impossible. I’ve lived the weight of doing it all and still wondering if it’s enough.
But I’m on the other side now—with hard-won clarity, tools that actually help, and a deep calling to walk with other parents through the chaos and complexity.Professionally, I bring a background in psychology and public health, and I am a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator—an approach rooted in connection, respect, and long-term growth. I blend evidence-based strategies with lived experience to support families navigating challenging partnerships, healthcare systems, and the fierce work of advocacy. You don’t have to do this alone anymore. I’m here—and I see you.
